3. Data Minimization
We aim to collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide, secure, operate, and improve the Services. We do not seek to collect more personal information than we need for the purposes described in this Policy.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where required by applicable law, we process your personal information only where we have a valid legal basis to do so. Depending on the circumstances, we rely on one or more of the following:
- to provide the Services and to perform our contract with you;
- to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations;
- to protect our legitimate interests — such as securing the platform, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving the Services — where those interests are not overridden by your rights; and
- your consent, where consent is required by applicable law.
5. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- Authenticate you, manage your account, membership, and license keys.
- Display your trading performance, analytics, and account health.
- Process payments and deliver transactional communications (such as order, payment, and license notifications).
- Send service and, where you have not opted out, occasional product communications.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies — including browser local storage, authentication tokens, session cookies, security cookies, and preference cookies — to operate the Services. These technologies are used primarily to:
- authenticate you and keep you securely signed in;
- protect the security and integrity of your session and the platform;
- remember your settings and preferences; and
- understand how the Services are used so we can improve them.
Most of these technologies are necessary for the Services to function. You can control or delete locally stored data through your browser or device settings, but disabling certain technologies may prevent parts of the Services from working correctly.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is currently no universally adopted standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, MFXT does not respond to, or alter its practices in response to, DNT signals at this time. We will update this section if that changes.
8. Security Measures
We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage where applicable, authentication and access controls, row-level security on our database, least-privilege handling of sensitive credentials, signed verification of license requests, audit logging, monitoring, fraud prevention, secure infrastructure, and periodic security reviews.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for safeguarding your own credentials.
9. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Different categories of data may be retained for different periods, depending on factors such as our legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, backups, and ordinary business operations.
Some data may persist in secure backups for a limited period after deletion, and anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you may be retained indefinitely.
10. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account. When you do, we will delete or de-identify personal information that we are not required or permitted to keep. However, some information may remain:
- in secure backups for a limited period, until they are overwritten in the ordinary course;
- where retention is necessary for legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, licensing, security, or dispute-resolution purposes; and
- in anonymized or aggregated form that no longer identifies you.
Certain licensing and account records may also be retained as described in our Terms of Service.
11. International Data Transfers
MFXT operates online and relies on infrastructure and service providers that may be located in various countries. As a result, your information may be processed, transferred to, or stored in countries other than your country of residence, where data-protection laws may differ. Where we transfer personal information, we take reasonable measures to ensure it remains protected in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
12. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the Services, which may process limited data on our behalf, including:
- cloud hosting and secure infrastructure;
- authentication and database providers;
- a cryptocurrency payment processor for processing payments;
- an email delivery provider for transactional and marketing emails;
- analytics providers;
- Telegram, for optional membership verification and community access; and
- customer support providers.
Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the practices of third parties.
13. Business Transfers
If MFXT is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of its assets, your information may be transferred or disclosed as part of that transaction. Any party that acquires your information will remain bound by this Privacy Policy, or will provide a policy that is at least as protective, unless you consent otherwise.
14. Your Rights
Subject to, and depending on, applicable law, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion; request a portable copy of certain information; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.
You can manage much of your profile and preferences directly in the application. To exercise other rights, contact us through the in-app Support Center or by email at admin@mfxtai.com. The availability and scope of these rights depend on the laws applicable to you, and certain data — such as records required for security, anti-abuse, or legal compliance — may be retained as permitted by law.
15. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you within the application. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
17. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, you can contact us through the in-app Support Center, by email at admin@mfxtai.com, or through any official support channel designated by MFXT.
